Urquhart is above 'I told you so.' He wants Moist to be fit and whole and free from any lingering infection in his leg, so he's not going to gloat and start an argument.
He also rather lacks fellow feeling and sympathy, for anybody, even for people he approves of and enjoys, like Moist or Saffron. But he does put a large warm hand on Moist's shoulder, to be comforting and supportive without going on about it.
