OOM: Cooking with Moist

Urquhart leads the way upstairs, to his room, and opens the door.

There are books stacked beside the divan now, and a long table with bowls and knives and fruit in basket.

"Bath first, or cooking first?"

"A surprisingly unpredictable and very resourceful young man!" Urquhart murmurs into the kiss.

"Who likes not getting caught unless I choose to,"

Being held by Urquhart is one of those times when he doesn't mind.

Urquhart holds him, and kisses him again, well aware that at any moment, when he least expects it, he might get pinched on some other part of his anatomy, or maybe not, or maybe something totally different might happen...

Moist doesn't want the food to burn so for now, he just gives Urquhart's groin a gentle squeeze,

"Now how much is left before we get to eat?"

Urquhart stirs the rice. "A few minutes only," he says, and pours some cream in with the vegetable, which together with the spices turns itself into a pale yellow sauce.

"Good,"

Then he leans against the countertop to watch Urquhart work.

Urquhart adds the tiniest pinch of saffron to the rice and stirs, just before it soaks up the last of the cooking water, so it turns nice and golden, and smells delightful.

Then, while the rice is finishing itself, he tastes the sauce, and adds a few pinches of this and that, among it, astonishingly, a tiny bit of sugar.

Moist doesn't know enough about cooking to know that sugar would be that astonishing, his grandmother always used to make things that were rather sweet.

Urquhart dishes out the rice now, into two bowls; then, he adds some of the vegetables and the sauce.

The food smells delicious and after food, there will be other sensual pleasures to keep them busy until daylight.
